PRE-POLYMER PREPARATIONS FOR CELL CULTURE COATINGS

Compositions for making synthetic surfaces capable of supporting cells in culture, particularly cells that will be used therapeutically, are disclosed. The synthetic surfaces are formed form pre-polymers, one having a cell adhesive peptide, and the other having a cross-linker moiety. Methods of making the surfaces are disclosed, as well as methods of culturing cells on the surfaces.
