To provide a transmission system for trains with high redundancy and excellent maintainability, a plurality of transmitters (1), each provided every carriage, each include a transmission repeater controller (4) for controlling associated transmission ports (3), a transmission station (7) that follows a command of the transmission repeater controller to set an own transmission station address in the transmitter, and performs data transmission and reception to and from the transmission ports, and a bypass (8) for keeping up a transmission line between neighboring transmitters at both sides of the transmitter even in a trouble of the transmission repeater controller or of any transmission port, and in each transmitter, the transmission station follows a command from the transmission repeater controller to set an own transmission station address in the transmitter even in an event of operation of a bypass in another transmitter. |
