PURPOSE: A system for inserting a diagnostic module inside a pipe conduit is provided to easily advance the diagnostic module inside the pipe conduit because a propellant in a parachute shape is automatically spread by water pressure of fluid after the diagnostic module is penetrated into a lower part of a large scale pipe conduit. CONSTITUTION: A system for inserting a diagnostic module inside a pipe conduit comprises a cable roller member(20), an upper flange, a lower flange(35), a driving shaft(40), a first piston, a stop bolt(32), a second piston(36) for a high pressure hose, a propellant system, a second stop bolt(77), a second air nozzle(76), a second upper flange(75), a second lower flange(80), and a fastening member. The stop bolt is formed in the driving shaft by separating from the lower flange in a specific distance and stops the first piston to the inside of the lower flange. The second air nozzle injects air to drop the propellant system.
