A process is described for the production of a plastic material based on cellulose acetate, said process comprising a plasticization phase of cellulose acetate by mixing the cellulose acetate flake or powder with a mixture of plasticizers comprising at least two plasticizers chosen among esters of glycerine, esters of citric acid and esters of tartaric acid, maintaining the temperature in the plasticization phase below 50°C. |
