PURPOSE: An air conditioning device and an offshore structure with the same are provided to protect an offshore structure with upper and lower protection walls and to control the inner temperature of the offshore structure according to the temperature condition for the normal operation of a drill device. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device comprises an upper protection wall(210), a lower protection wall(220), an intermediate ceiling(230), and an air conditioner(240). The upper protection wall is manufactured into a shape of covering a derrick loaded on an offshore structure to protect the derrick. The lower protection wall is manufactured into the shape of covering the inner area from the upper part of a deck of the offshore structure to a drill floor and protects the inner area. The intermediate ceiling is formed between the lower end of the upper protection wall and the upper end of the lower protection wall. The air conditioner is installed in the lower protection wall or the upper protection wall and heating air is provided to an inner space protected by the upper protection wall, intermediate ceiling, and low protection wall. |
