<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for water pressure transfer the printing layer of which is formed of an ink composition containing Japanese ink having a high concentration of carbon black and an excellent distribution stability. <P>SOLUTION: This film for water pressure transfer includes a base material film having water solubility or water swelling property, and a printing layer for transfer. The film for water pressure transfer contains a Japanese ink as the printing ink for forming the printing layer for transfer. The content of carbon black in the Japanese ink is 5 to 30 mass%.
