PURPOSE: An energy saving method and an apparatus thereof are provided to save energy considerably during the process of producing mixed xylenes and benzene. CONSTITUTION: Process water which is fed into a naphtha cracking process exchanges heat with products on the bottom of a fractionating tower(11). The process water which exchanges heat with products on the bottom of a fractionating tower where a naphtha cracking process is processing exchanges heat with products at the top of the fractionating tower or materials introduced into the fractionating tower for producing aromatic compounds. The temperature of the process water is between 95 and 125 degrees which is fed into the naphtha cracking process to exchange heat with the products at the bottom of the fractionating tower. The fractionating tower which proceeds with a naphtha process includes more than one fractionating tower selected from a group which comprises an ethane fractionating tower and a propane fractionating tower. |
