PURPOSE: A pulverized coal slurry injection system and coal gasification equipment are provided to enable the improvement of spray efficiency, and the increase of the continuous driving time of a coal gasifier. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen injection pipe(221) sprays oxygen inside a coal gasifier. A pulverized coal slurry injection pipe(222) sprays pulverized coal slurry inside the coal gasifier. A synthetic gas injection pipe(223) circulates and sprays a part of synthetic gas, which was generated inside the coal gasifier. An oxygen additional spray pipe(224) additionally sprays oxygen inside the coal gasifier. In the inside of the oxygen additional spray pipe, the synthetic gas injection pipe is inserted. The synthetic gas injection pipe, which was inserted inside the oxygen injection pipe, is installed in plural around the outer circumference of the pulverized coal slurry injection pipe. The synthetic gas circulation pump circulates a part of the synthetic gas generated in the coal gasifier with a pulverized coal slurry injection system.
