PURPOSE: A metallocene catalyst and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain polyolefin with long-chain branches and the broad molecular weight distribution inside a gaseous, liquid, or slurry reactor. CONSTITUTION: A metallocene catalyst is marked with chemical formula 1. A producing method of the metallocene catalyst comprises the following steps: inserting 1~100mmol of Cp`Si(CH3)2N(CH3)3 inside a reacting container; inserting 2~10equivalent of triethylamine, and 1.2~2.5equivalent of R3-Li into the reacting container; and adding 0.5~2.5equivalent of MX4 into the reacting container at 0~-70deg C. |
