PURPOSE: An RFID access terminal and a method for authenticating RFID tag information are provided to prevent an RFID tag from being copied by encoding user information recorded in the RFID. CONSTITUTION: An RFID access terminal X reads TID information of an RFID tag X(S410). The RFID access terminal X transmits T0-1 of its own tag information, TID information of the RFID tag X and production information to be recorded in a field 0 to a management server X of a manager of a brand X(S420). The server X generates an encryption key 0 according to a key generation algorithm, and links the received production information and the generated encryption key 0 with the received TID and then records the linked result in a database of the server X(S430). The server X transmits the generated encryption key 0 to the RFID access terminal X(S440).
