PURPOSE: A method for preparing high purity aluminum alkoxide is provided to obtain the high quality aluminum alkoxide using low quality aluminum and to largely improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing high purity aluminum alkoxide comprises: a step of preparing aluminum(S100); a step of washing the prepared aluminum using acid of pH 5 or less(S200); a step of mixing the washed aluminum, alcohol, and a catalyst and heating at alcohol boiling point or higher to dissolve(S300); a step of aging for 1.5 hours and separating impurities(S400); and a step of heating the mixture at 150 deg. C and purifying(S500).
