The U-tube is extended in the measurement chamber and fixed to the cap at a base constituted of free ends. The U-tube is vibrated, an injecting solvent is injected in an injection orifice (6) of the U-tube after analysis of the sample to be analyzed, and the cap is arranged where the base of the U-tube is fixed on the cap through ultrasound waves.
