PURPOSE: A method for reducing the generation of white smoke and collecting waste heat and water using the same is provided to collect water from an exhaust gas and reuse the collected water after condensation. CONSTITUTION: A method for reducing the generation of white smoke and collecting waste heat and water using the same includes: a first step for supplying exhaust gas containing vapor to a water collecting unit(S1); a second step for supplying the exhaust gas of the water collecting unit to a sensible heat exchanger(S2); a third step for supplying the exhaust gas of the sensible heat exchanger to a first latent heat exchanger(S3); a fourth step for supplying the exhaust gas of the first latent heat exchanger to a second latent heat exchanger(S4); a fifth step for supplying the exhaust gas of the second latent heat exchanger to a gas-water separator(S5); and a sixth step for supplying the exhaust gas of the gas-water separator to a discharging unit, mixing the exhaust gas with external air from the latent heat exchangers and a mixing duct, and discharging the mixed gas to the outside.
