PURPOSE: A three color light emitting diode traffic light in an intersection and a traffic light managing method are provided to reduce costs for installation and management. CONSTITUTION: In case of a stop signal, a red stop light(20) is turned on and different traffic lights are turned off. In case of a concurrent signal for turning left, a straight light(40) and a left turn light(30) are turned on and the red stop light is turned off. In case of maintaining a straight signal when stopping a left turn signal, a forewarning light of the left turn light is flickered for 5 seconds, a main traffic light and the forewarning light are simultaneously turned off, and a left turn stop light(300) is turned on. |
