PURPOSE: A heat pump interlocking hot water apparatus is provided to lower the temperature of flowing-in water by allowing the flowing-in water to exchange heat with a refrigerant through a bypass channel in a hot water heat exchanger in case the temperature of the flowing-in water is high. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump interlocking hot water apparatus(1) includes a compressor(11), a condenser(12), an evaporator(14), a hot water boiling heat exchanger(15), and a bypass channel(25). The hot water heat exchanger cools water which flows in the condenser, where a part of refrigerant which passes through the condenser flows in the hot water heat exchanger. The bypass channel guides water, which is supplied through a water supply channel, to the hot water heat exchanger, and guides the cooled water to the condenser. A control unit controls a hot water flow control unit(251) so that water flows into the bypass channel in case the temperature of flowing-in water is a reference value or more, or so that the water flows into the condenser in case the temperature of water inflow is less than a reverence value. |
