PURPOSE: An access network identification device of a user terminal, a method, and a computer readable medium thereof are provided to identify the access network information of the user terminal using RTT(Round Trip Time) in TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) flow. CONSTITUTION: A flow classification unit(620) classifies the captured packets into individual flow by referring to a starting address, a destination address, and a port number. An RTT calculation unit(630) determines an RTT value from packets classified into the flows. When a reference value exceeds setting the set RTT value, an access network determination unit(640) determines an address through a first communication network in the flow phases.
