A motor pump assembly (12) has electro-hydraulic adjusting device for adjusting the solar panel about rotational axis with respect to sun's position. A pump unit (19) includes an electric motor drive (20) for switching the solar panel between two power stages. The pump unit includes common shaft (34) that is driven by electric motors (48,49) for adjusting the wind-protection position of the solar panel in limited period of time.
