PURPOSE: A steam boiler is provided to guide fluid smoothly to an outlet side from an inlet side by forming reducers where the fluid passes through and to discharge the fluid which is heated rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A steam boiler comprises a cylindrical housing unit(100), a heating wire(120), a heat transmitting member, passage units, and a heating plate. The housing unit includes an inlet(102) and an outlet(104) in both sides. The heating wire generates heat by using power supplied from inside of the housing unit to outside of the housing unit. The heat transmitting member covers the heating wire and transmits the heat generated by the heating wire to the outside. Reducers where fluid passes through are formed in the passage units. The heating plates are formed in the inner periphery of the heat transmitting member and the inner periphery of the housing unit between the passage units.
