BIRD VIEW IMAGE CONTROL METHOD FOR NAVIGATOR

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a bird view image of a navigator is provided to supply surrounding traffic information by a wide angle image about every directions with a vehicle as the center. CONSTITUTION: An image or an icon about a vehicle is displayed on a touch screen and a bird view image is displayed as a main image. A direction corresponding to every directions is set by dividing a touch area of the touch screen(S301). An image of the direction area generating touch input is displayed as a reference area. If drag input to a first position and a second position is generated, a vector heading for the second position is generated based on the first position and a reference image of the direction area is placed in a direction indicated by the vector(S305).
