PURPOSE: A releasable film for multiple layer ceramic capacitors and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce driving fault and winding failure of the release film which is cause by lowering of surface roughness. CONSTITUTION: A releasable film(10) for multiple layer ceramic capacitors comprises a release layer(3), a base sheet layer(2), and a traveling improving layer(1). The releasable film for multiple layer ceramic capacitors is accomplished by laminating the release layer, the base sheet layer, and the traveling improving layer in order. The traveling improving layer consists of acrylic resin layer or urethane resin layer. A 3 dimensional central line average illumination(SRa) of the release layer side is 1-10 nano meters. |
