PURPOSE: A front-wheel drive and rear-wheel steer electromotive cart for transferring handcarts is provided to facilitate the operation of the electromotive cart by selectively applying a front wheel drive mode and a rear wheel steering mode according to whether or not a driver is on board. CONSTITUTION: A front-wheel drive and rear-wheel steer electromotive cart for transferring handcarts comprises a front wheel frame(117), a rear wheel frame, a steering handle, and a boarding plate(15). A pair of front wheels(13) is mounted on the front wheel frame. A pair of rear wheels(14) is mounted on the rear wheel frame. In order to rotate the pair of front wheels, the steering handle is connected by one or more shafts. The boarding plate draws into or out along rails installed inside the rear wheel frame so that a driver can board.
