PURPOSE: A wig using natural hair is provided to reduce damage on hair cuticle of real hair by having a structure in which real hair and artificial hair alternate each other and to allow a natural sensation of wearing the wig by using the real hair. CONSTITUTION: A wig using natural hair includes hair(50) united with a wig base(20). A knot is made at the middle part of the hair to be united with the wig base, and the hair is united in a manner that one half of the hair is in a real hair(50a) state and the other half is in an artificial hair(50b) state, which is real hair having a processed surface. The wig is featured by having the real hair and the artificial hair, which is real hair having a processed surface, are alternatively united with the wig base. An end part of the real hair is united with the wig base. An end part or a middle part of the artificial hair is united with the wig base.
