PURPOSE: A parsing device for a scalable application service and a method thereof are provided to allow a service provider to supply customized content to the whole users by using only SADL(Scalable Application Description Language) content, thereby simplifying the configuration of a server. CONSTITUTION: An SADL extraction module(110) extracts an SADL component from an SADL integration document. An SADL analysis module(120) analyzes the extracted SADL component. An SADL parsing module(130) investigates effective selection ID corresponding to a specific information condition value of a service request terminal among analyzed elements and parses resources corresponding to the effective selection ID. A final resource generation module(140) generates a customized content document by combining components, which are not extracted in the SADL extraction module, with the resources.
