PURPOSE: A skin contact resistance measurement device is provided to include a probe, a communication module, and a control module, thereby easily managing a biological state. CONSTITUTION: A probe(402) is contacted with one spot among the skin of a user. A conductive member is contacted with the other spot among the skin of the user. A resistance detection unit(406) measures skin contact resistance. A communication module manages a wireless communication with a predetermined external device. A control module transmits resistance measurement information to the predetermined external device.
