摘要 The system has dispensing unit (1) to dispense photosensitizer containing agent for application on skin, where agent mediates collagen and elastin cross-linking during UV light irradiation. A control unit (8) controls electromechanical adjustment device (6) of optical system (4) for focus point navigation, and controls light sources (2,3) to generate light intensity and light-pulse duration adapted to produce light spot in respective focus point for respective reaction such as collagen and elastin cross-linking or permeability of end arterioles for corpuscular blood components. A first light source generates first light whose first light intensity and first light-pulse duration are controllable such that in a focus point of such focused light in the skin, collagen and elastin cross-links are formed in the presence of photosensitizer containing agent. A second light source generates second light beam with second wavelength whose second light intensity and second light-pulse duration are controllable, such that in the focus point (52) of second light beam (51) an end arteriole in the region of stratum papillare (23) is made permeable for blood corpuscles without injuring or perforating an epidermis (21) lying above the end arteriole. An optical system integrally connected to light sources comprises optical deflection and focusing system (5) with electromechanical adjustment device and highly transparent adapter plate (7) as a light exit of optical system. The optical deflection and focusing system is embodied and electrically controllable by electromechanical adjustment device, such that first and second light is further guided, deflected and focused with certain focal length to respective focus point.
