<p>The method involves unloading a gas from a high density storage unit (1) into a low density storage unit (2) through a working machine. The gas is loaded from the low density storage unit into the high density storage unit through a compressor. The heat generated at the time of gas compression process performed using compressor, is stored in a heat accumulator. The generated heat is utilized for the gas expansion process. The gas is selected from nitrogen, natural gas, carbon dioxide or ammonia. An independent claim is included for compressed gas storage power plant.</p> |
