A cosmetic composition (A) for treating keratin fibers comprises anionic surfactant(s) (I), amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant(s) (II), first cationic polymer(s) (III) selected from cationic polysaccharide(s), second cationic polymer(s) (IV) selected from dialkyl diallylammonium (co)polymer(s) and non-volatile, non-aminated silicone(s) (V), the total surfactant content of (A) being 4.5-20 wt. %.
