A THIN FILM CIGS SOLAR-CELL MANUFACTURING MEHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a CIGS thin film solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a cell by controlling a bandgap according to the distribution of Ga composition. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A precursor(200) is formed on the electrode layer. The precursor is heat-treated. The electrode layer is made of molybdenum. The precursor includes a first cupper gallium layer, an indium layer, a second copper gallium layer, and a selenium layer.
