The planetary roller gear drive has a spindle nut (2) that is arranged on a threaded spindle (1) and is divided into primary and secondary nut sections (6,7) that are adjusted relative to each other in axial direction. Several planets (3) are distributed around a periphery of spindle nut and are in roller engagement with spindle nut and the threaded spindle. An adjustment unit (20) is set in the axial direction against primary nut section which is adjusted in axial direction and is arranged between adjustment unit and secondary nut section. An independent claim is included for planetary roller gear drive.
