摘要 PURPOSE: A concentrated wastewater evaporating purifier is provided to increase thermal efficiency by removing scales by washing inside of a pipe path, an evaporating section, and first and second heat exchangers in a process of circulating a cleaning agent through a pipe path. CONSTITUTION: A concentrated wastewater evaporating purifier comprises a wastewater supplying section(1), an evaporating section(5), a first evaporation accelerating section(7), a second evaporation accelerating section(9), a scale removal section(8), and a control section. The first evaporating acceleration section produces saturated steam by the addition of compressed air absorbing steam from the evaporating section, and the evaporation of wastewater in the evaporating section is accelerated by increasing the temperature of wastewater through the first thermal exchange of the saturated steam and the wastewater discharged from the evaporating section and recovering the wastewater to the evaporating section through the second pipe path. The second evaporation accelerating section accelerates the evaporation of wastewater in the evaporating by increasing the temperature of wastewater through the second thermal exchange of condensation water supplied from the first evaporating acceleration section and the wastewater from the wastewater supplying section, and providing the wastewater to the evaporating section.
