A backlight structure and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to improve workability, reduce disconnection caused by the motion of the wire, and reduce the riskiness of a short circuit caused by spatial discharge between two narrow electrodes on the metal PCB. An LCD device comprises a lower cover(140), a metal PCB(120), a conductive member(210), a conductive wire, a light guide plate, a panel guide, and an LCD panel. The metal PCB is attached to the inside of a surface bent upward in the edge of a side of the lower cover and has the electrode parts of the positive pole and negative pole in at least one end. Plural LEDs are disposed and fixed on the metal PCB. The conductive member contacts the electrode parts of the metal PCB and has an arm connector attached to a portion where a voltage is flowed from an external power unit. The conductive wire has a male connector fastened to a female connector in an end. The other end of the conductive wire is connected to the external power unit. The light guide plate is loaded on the lower cover and induces light from the LEDs. The panel guide is fastened to the outline of the lower cover. The LCD panel is loaded on the panel guide. |
