PURPOSE: An air cleaner for a vehicle is provided to constantly supply air to an engine by opening a plate which blocks an air inlet on the bottom of a lower body for allowing air to flow into an air cleaner through the air inlet in the excessive generation of negative pressure. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner for a vehicle comprises a lower body(100) and a soft opening and closing plate(200). One bottom side of the lower body is formed with an air inlet(110). The opening and closing plate is installed in the top surface of the air inlet for opening the air inlet in the excessive generation of negative pressure. A stopper hole(210) is formed in the center of the opening and closing plate for installing the opening and closing plate. The air inlet forms a radial support(130) on a central stopper(120) which is inserted into the air inlet. The opening and closing plate is supported by the support. |
