AUTOMATIC SHEET SUPPLY FOR WRAP AROUND PACKER

PURPOSE: An automatic sheet supply device for a wrap around packing machine is provided to continuously and automatically supply packing sheets to magazines at constant speed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sheet supply device for a wrap around packing machine comprises a sheet holding unit(24), a transfer conveyor(25), a sheet alignment unit(26), and a sheet loading unit(27). The sheet holding unit separates and grips a predetermined number of packing sheets(S1) from the uppermost end of the packing sheets. The transfer conveyor horizontally moves the sheet holding unit. The sheet alignment unit receives the sheets receiving from the sheet holding unit and is arranged in a first direction in parallel to the inclined top surface of a magazine. The sheet loading unit receives and stacks the sheets and is arranged in a second direction vertical to the inclined top surface of the magazine. The sheet loading unit discharges the sheets to the inclined top surface of the magazine after rotating at a predetermined angle so that the sheets can be positioned in parallel to the top surface of the magazine.
