PURPOSE: A hand-standing exercise apparatus with a variable backrest support is provided to be the easy-to-use and safe hand-standing exercise apparatus by changing the installation angle of a backrest through rotating a rotary shaft regardless of a laying down person on the backrest. CONSTITUTION: A hand-standing exercise apparatus with a variable backrest support comprises the support(1), The support is equipped with a rectangle supporting board(1a) which is fixed on the ground and a supporting frame(1b) which is protruded perpendicularly at the center of the supporting board. A stationary gear(2) is installed at both upper sides of the supporting frame comprising a support stand. A toothed gear(2b), which is formed at the stationary gear, is fixed at the supporting frame with a toothed rear side facing upward. A backrest(3) is equipped with a chain(34a) which forms a parabola by relaxing a chain central part from the backrest. A driving shaft(4) is installed at the supporting frame of the support(1), and rotates a rotary shaft(5) by installing driving handles(4a, 4b) at both ends and a driving gear(4c). |
