PURPOSE: A device for removing scale and rust inside a pipe is provided to improve removal efficiency of the scale and the rust by supplying separate current and current generated by inducing electromagnetic through electrolysis and improving flow of fluid flowing in the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing scale and rust inside a pipe comprises a housing unit(100), a magnetic field unit, an electrolysis unit(200), and a ground connection unit. The magnetic field unit includes a plurality of permanent magnets(103) and a plurality of magnetic force line boosters(104). The magnetic field unit generates current for removing the scale and the rust by inducing electromagnetic through fluid passing through a magnetic force line. The ground connection unit induces the flow of the current to the inner wall of the pipe.
