PURPOSE: A diagnosis image acquisition device is provided to push the breast of a diagnostic person to a diagnosis image acquisition unit as close as possible, thereby reducing unnecessary enlargement. CONSTITUTION: An X-radiation unit irradiates X-rays to a diagnostic object. A first fixing plate(30a) fixes the upper surface of the diagnostic object. A second fixing plate(40a) fixes the lower surface of the diagnostic object. A diagnosis image acquisition unit(50a) is arranged on the lower surface of the second fixing plate. The diagnosis image acquisition unit obtains a diagnostic image of a lesion doubt region.
