PURPOSE: A touch and tablet device using near filed communication is provided to implement touch and tablet technology through the near field communication by using a touch screen pattern of a touch electrode structure. CONSTITUTION: Each pattern of a first antenna pattern senses an electromagnetic field by an electronic pen to output the electromagnetic field to an output terminal. A differential amplifier outputs a voltage difference between first input and second input. A control unit selects two or more first antenna patterns and connects each output terminal of the selected antenna patterns with the first input and the second input respectively. The control unit determines a relative position relation between the selected antenna patterns and the electronic pen based on the voltage difference.
