PURPOSE: A cover for protecting a mobile phone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give a simple structure, to reduce manufacturing costs, and to feel a stereoscopic perception having various colors. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cover for protecting a mobile phone comprises the following steps: a step(S1) aims to injection mold a cover body by injecting within an injection molding by fusing any one material among thermoplastic polyurethane, polycarbonate, or silicone; a step(S2) aims to stick a black kitty seeing a star shape cubic character by interposing a double sided tape in a rear side of an injection-molded cover body; a step(S3) aims to spray a coating agent which a pearl is added on the surface of the cover body and to coat; and a step(S4) aims to solidify a coating agent coating surface by radiating a light irradiated from a lamp in a coated coating agent coating surface.
