PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a vehicle and a cooling system including the same are provided to simultaneously implement a working fluid warm-up and cooling functions by using the flow rates of working fluids, which control temperatures through mutual heat exchange, according to the driving state or starting conditions of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises a heat sink unit(110) and a branch unit(120). In the heat sink unit, a plurality of plates(111) are stacked to form different connection flow paths in turn and different working fluids are drawn in to implement mutual heat exchange by passing through the connection flow paths. One of the connection flow paths is divided to circulate the working fluids separately. The branch unit connects one of intake holes(115a,115b,115c) to one of discharge holes(117a,117b,117c), wherein the intake holes and the discharge holes are formed to draw in and discharge working fluid in the heat sink unit. The branch unit bypasses working fluid according to the flow rate. |
