PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a graphene-PEDOT nanocomposite is provided to reduce oxide graphene into graphene by using a laser, to have a simple manufacture process, and to combine graphene and PEDOT with each other. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene-PEDOT nanocomposite comprises a step of forming a graphene oxide layer on a substrate(10) and mounting the oxide graphene membrane in a chamber; a step of injecting nitrogen gas and carbon gas into the chamber; as step of reducing the graphene oxide layer into a graphene layer(20) by laser irradiation of the graphene oxide layer; a step of forming a sulfonated graphene layer by sulfonating the graphene layer; and a step of combining PEDOT(60) to the sulfonated graphene layer. The graphene oxide layer is manufactured by a Hummer's method.
