PURPOSE: A configuration method of an optimal water quality monitoring network and an apparatus thereof are provided to support an optimal water quality monitoring network for water management by calculating similarity between monitored points. CONSTITUTION: A communication interface or input unit(110,120) collects water quality data by monitored points of target water. A control unit(160) calculates similarity of each monitored point based on the water quality data and calculates a representative monitored point and the number of groups based on the similarity. A storing unit(150) stores a program for calculating the representative monitored point. |
