PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery boiler apparatus having a rotary caldron is provided to prevent waste heat from influencing on air temperature by preventing the waste heat from being exposed outside and to easily treat the waste heat by radiating the waste heat outside through a hot water part. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery boiler apparatus having a rotary caldron includes the rotary caldron (100), a rotary caldron support, a gas burner (300), a rotary handle (400), a hot water part (500), and a guide pipe (600). A rotary protrusion communicating with a heating space is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the outer wall (102) of the caldron. A rotary shaft is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the outer wall opposite to the rotary protrusion. An insertion hole is formed at the lower side of the outer wall. One end of the guide pipe communicates with the rotary protrusion, and the other end of the guide pipe communicates with the waste heat path (505) of the hot water part so that waste heat discharged through the rotary protrusion is guided to the waste heat path.
