PURPOSE: An ultra-thin sheet tensile device and a control method thereof are provided to stably maintain a tensile force applied to an ultra-thin sheet using a clamp device in a linear contact shape. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an ultra-thin sheet tensile device comprises: a step of installing a sample; a step of extending the sample by a first tensile force; a step of secondly extending the sample to reach a final tensile force; a step of using a driving roller as a secondary tensile device; and a step of building a friction reduction device in a tensile clamp device. The first tensile force is more than 50% of the final tensile force.
