摘要 PURPOSE: A device for transmitting data wirelessly and a transmitting method thereof are provided to more effectively reduce a PAPR(Peak Power To Average Power Ratio) by controlling a data transmitting rate not to be effected and using the same amount additional information while requiring limitary additional information. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission device of a wireless communication system comprises a phase conversion part(202), a sub block partition part(204), a unitary matrix application part(206), a PAPR management part(210), and a transmission part(212). The phase conversion part multiplies multiple data streams transmitted by mutually different antennas with one among N, which is more than two, phase conversion matrices. The sub block partition part divides multiple data streams multiplied with one phase conversion matrix into K, which is more than two, sub blocks. The unitary matrix application part respectively multiplies the multiple data streams with the mutually different unitary matrix by K sub blocks to generate multiple transmission target data streams. The PAPR management part selects a first PAPR value, which has the maximum value among PAPR values, for each multiple transmission target data streams. The transmission part transmits the multiple transmission target data streams corresponding to the minimum first PAPR value selected among N first PAPR values corresponding to N phase conversion matrices at the PAPR management part.
