PURPOSE: An inductor with high Q property and a production method thereof are provided to have high Q value property by the reduction of floating capacity between coil patterns using a layer in which a coil pattern is formed as a polymer texture with low dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: An inductor(100) comprises: a laminating structure(101) with an insulating layer(110) and a polymer layer; and an outer electrode body(130) formed outside of the laminating structure.
