PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component is provided to enhance the connectivity of an internal electrode layer, thereby improving dielectric withstanding voltage. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic body(10) includes a dielectric layer(1). The average thickness of the dielectric layer is less than 0.6 micrometer. The dielectric layer is located between a first internal electrode and a second internal electrode(21,22). The ceramic body includes a capacity forming part and a capacity non-forming part. The capacity forming part determines an electrostatic capacity.
