PURPOSE: A height adjusting device of a leg protector is provided to quickly, accurately, and conveniently achieve a height adjustment and to adjust the height without a replacement of a heel. CONSTITUTION: A height adjusting device of a leg protector comprises a heel separately equipped in a footwear sole of a leg protector; a supporter(10) respective fixed in a forward and a backward in a heel bottom side of a sole and hinge-combines a leading end of a sole and a leading end of a heel; a screw(20) which is combined with shaft seal in order to be axis rotatable on a spot in a state penetrated and connected between a forward and a backward supporter; a transfer member which is combined with shaft seal into the screw between a forward and a backward supporter and which transfers to a front and a rear according to a rotation of the screw; a link bar(40) in which one end is hinge-combined to both sides of the transfer member and the backward supporter in a respectively and in which another end is hinge-combined in a state connected mutually; and a guide groove(51) of a guide plate(50) formed with protruding to both top sides of the heel and in which another end of the link bar is hinge-combined.
