PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a header pipe and a baffle for a heat exchanger is provided to improve productivity by preventing the leakage of refrigerant and the degradation of cooling performance due to the separation and excitation of a baffle. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for fixing a header pipe and a baffle for a heat exchanger, a baffle(20) is fitted in a baffle inserting hole(11) of a header pipe(10). Compressing blades(23) are formed between in both sides of the baffle Compressing protrusions(24) are formed in both sides of an insertion portion(21) which is press-fitted in the header pipe. An inclined portions is formed in each compressing protrusion to easily press-fit. |
