PURPOSE: A device for protecting a brush of a dishwasher is provided to reduce a friction force for washing a steel part of a food tray by simultaneously forming a short part and a longer part of the brush. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for protecting a brush of a dishwasher comprises a lower conveyor(10), an upper conveyor(20), a lower brush(30), and an upper brush(40). The lower conveyor is equipped to move a food tray. The upper conveyor is lifted according to the height of a food tray and presses the moving food tray. The lower brush is installed between the lower conveyor and washes the food tray. The upper brush is installed between the upper conveyor and washes an upper part of the food tray. The upper brush includes a bearing(110), a frame(120), and a coil spring(130). The bearing rotates a shaft of the upper brush and both surfaces are formed in an arc shape. Both surfaces of the frame are formed in an arc shape to move in a state which the bearing is inserted. The coil spring is installed between upper and lower ends of the frame and upper and lower parts of the bearing. |
