PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave shielding device is provided to block electromagnetic waves in every bandwidth including low frequency and high frequency by simultaneously using a conductor layer and a ferrite layer and to improve shielding performance within the low band and the high frequency band. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding device (100) comprises a circuit board (110) in which circuit segments are located; a molding member (130) which protects the circuit segments (120) being formed on the circuit board and the circuit segments; a conductor layer (140), which blocks the electromagnetic waves, formed on the surface of the molding member; and a ferrite layer (150) shields the electro waves being formed on the conductor layer surface.
